127 | Chuck Kinglsy always had a cheerful personality, and adored Mary Jean. During WWII he was a Lt. and pilot, and was knighted by the Prince Regent of Belgium for bravery.. After the War he couldn’t get a job as a pilot with an airline because he was too short (“they” said!) As a salesman, he didn’t keep his jobs very long. Therefore, Mary Jean always worked and mostly was the “bread-winner” The last few years of Mary Jean’s life he stayed home while she worked; but he was wonderful to her taking charge of the house and doing all of the cooking (which he loved) -- and always had a martini ready for her when she got home from work. I believe at this time they were both alcoholics. A few years after Mary Jean’s death he married a former girlfriend from school (I don’t know her name). They have been very happy; but as of now (2003) Chuck has Alzheimers and we are all feel very bad for him. | KINGSLEY, Charles Francis (I223)
